RENN GRAIN BAGGERS

We are excited to welcome the newest grain bagger to the RENN lineup: The RENN GRAIN BAGGER 1016T. It adds a convenient on-board telescopic swing auger to the proven RENN grain bagging system in a compact, easy-to-transport machine.  A hydraulic folding in-feed auger transforms the RGB 1016T from transport mode to operating mode in seconds.

The unique design features of RENN’s durable, large-capacity Grain Baggers optimize operator efficiency by providing smooth, fast loading of 10’ and 12’ diameter grain bags.

The new RGB 1016T and RGB 1020C are RENN’s standard Grain Baggers for loading bags 10’ in diameter. For large operations that need to store higher volumes of dry grain, the RENN RGB 1220 is ideal, allowing you to efficiently load a 12’ diameter grain bag.

RENN customers store millions of tons of grain every year with our 12’ system – maximizing productivity by storing more grain per bag and reducing set-up time.

Faster, Smoother Grain Bag Loading…Minimize Risk of Bag Tears and Spills

The unique, low-profile design of the RENN Bagger tunnel resembles the natural shape of a filled grain bag for smoother filling and less stress on the bag – minimizing the risk of tears and spills. RENN Grain Baggers allow farmers to reduce downtime with unique features such as our bag cradle, control harness, and crane system that work together to lift and place heavy grain bags on the tunnel, gently and easily.

The full-length auger design of the RENN Grain Bagger ensures the fill point of the hydraulic feed conveyor is low to the ground. This gives the operator maximum bagger travel from a single unloading point, eliminating the need to continually move the grain truck or cart during the bagging process. When bagging is completed, the conveyor hydraulically lifts off the bagger for transport.

RENN GRAIN BAG UNLOADERS

At RENN we understand that loading the grain bag is only part of the story – unloading and recycling the empty grain bag are also crucial steps in the process.

RENN has responded to the needs of farmers by drawing on decades of manufacturing experience to design and build Grain Bag Unloaders that are easy to use and offer exceptional plastic management.

RENN Grain Bag Unloaders can unload 9′, 10′, and 12′ diameter bags with minimal power requirement.

As the bag is lifted and pulled onto the drive spools, it is gently guided into place by the RENN roller and hold down system – reducing stress on the bag and helping prevent spillage. RENN’s continuous-flow unloading system effortlessly draws the Unloader and power unit into the bag, while quickly unloading the bag contents through high-capacity discharge augers.

Superior Plastic Management

The RENN Onboard Recycle-Ready Plastic Management System uses RENN’s unique hydraulic ratchet system to wind the spent bag onto rear rewind spools, keeping the plastic clean for recycling. Once unloading is complete, the plastic is rewound into a recycle-ready package, which slides easily off the collapsible rewind spool. Operators appreciate the time savings and simplicity of this grain bag windup system. The RGU 1218 CD Grain Bag Unloader has been designed to carry and process an entire 12’ x 500’ grain bag.

RENN FARM BOY UNLOADER 1014

The RENN FBU 1014 Unloader has many of the same operational features as the RGU 1218 CD, and smoothly unloads 9′ and 10′ grain bags. The FBU 1014 has a volumetrically balanced grain transfer box that easily moves grain into the 14? boost auger, then into a 12? folding discharge auger to maximize capacity and efficiency.

Unloader Features:

  • 540 PTO (FBU 1014) or 1000 PTO (RGU 1218 CD) PTO with shear bolt protection
  • Mechanically driven inclined discharge auger with CV joint
  • Left-hand or right-hand discharge (right-hand only on FBU 1014)
  • 14? – 18” discharge auger
  • 9? – 11” sweep auger
  • Bag hold down frame

  • Hydraulic rewind spool (optional on FBU 1014)

RENN ROLLER MILLS

RENN Roller Mills can be tailored to meet the needs of any grain processing application.

We offer two different types of rolls – steel or cast; multiple roll configurations ranging from 4 to 15 grooves per square inch depending on the particle size you require – and a variety of input and discharge options, including our Elevator Discharge or Crimper Mill, Blower Discharge Mill, Conveyor Discharge Mill, Electric Roller Mill, and Auger Discharge Mill. We offer so many choices so that we can build a Roller Mill that is perfectly designed to consistently meet the specific grain processing needs of your dairy or beef herd.

Whether you need a coarse crack or a fine grind, our Roller Mills consistently produce the high-quality feed that farmers have come to expect from RENN.

Lower Power Requirement

Unlike conventional, solid-core cast rolls, our 16” diameter casting with a 3” thick sidewall provides the performance of  chill-cast rolls with the advantage of a lower power requirement and better economics, as you are no longer paying for the unusable centre core of the roll.

The RENN Roller Mill design ensures operator efficiency and time-saving serviceability. The RENN worm drive roll adjustment allows for easy roll gap adjusting while the RENN leaf spring holds the rolls in place for maximum rolling capacity. The rolls can be pulled for service in minutes due to RENN’s tip-up top hopper and split frame design, making it fast and easy to re-groove and re-install them, for thousands more tonnes of trouble-free rolling.

 RENN HAMMER MILLS

Dairy and commercial livestock operations that require a very fine grind (finer than 1,200 microns) and need to process large volumes of high-moisture grain should look no further than the RENN 22” diameter, full circle Hammer Mill (Grinder).

Offering the same proven durability and performance of our Roller Mills, RENN Hammer Mills (Grinders) feature rigid-mounted, ¼-inch Hardox hammers and interchangeable screens for optimum capacity and excellent grind quality.  The screens range in size from 3/32” to 3/8” and are easily interchangeable thanks to a quick-change, spring-loaded, shock-absorbent screen carriage.

Heavy-duty spherical roller bearings and plate magnet hammer protection make RENN Hammer Mills (Grinders) durable and reliable for processing large volumes of grain. RENN Hammer Mills (Grinders) come with auxiliary PTO auger discharge or conveyor discharge options.

RENN BALE PROCESSOR

The perfect bale processor for every bale. Unlike machines that unroll the bale in a processing chamber, RENN Bale Processors use the unique “Rock Not Roll” Cradle to steadily feed baleage, hay or straw bales into a set of spinning hammers that shred and chop at a steady pace. A secondary chopper isn’t required.

Back up, lift, drop and shred. Load any size or shape round bale. Bales can land upside down or backwards. The legendary RENN Rocking Cradle carries the bale over the hammers giving consistent feeding. No need to stop and reverse the bale. Smooth constant rocking action with no belts and chains.

The RENN Bale Processor offers Right or Left-hand Discharge models.

Designed for baleage with heavy frame and the Baleage Pro Cradle System. Feed baleage or dry hay and spread straw with one machine.
